Sunday December 19, 2010 My arty attempt to show that my flowering plum is now nude and that there's rain on the window as my glass horse gallops after my stained-glass angel.

Monday December 20, 2010 THE eclipse @ around midnight Pacific time. We frozen our asses off I tell you.

Tuesday December 21, 2010 Barnes&Noble an hour after closing as the closing crew is leaving and Brian, being a good manager, straightens the Christmas bags under the Games table. I like being in the store when there aren't any customers.

Wednesday December 22, 2010 One of my tasks was to straighten out my craft 'area', which with Lauren's help turned out to be fun and alot more got straightened out than I would have imagined.

Thursday December 23, 2010 Another lunch, again @ Cocos, so I took a photo of the nearly empty pies & pastries display because it is, after all, Christmas Eve's eve. You can vaguely see me reflected in the mirror taking the pic with Lauren.

Friday December 24, 2010 Our hodge-podge of wrapping papers and bags, whatever works. We do Christmas on Christmas Eve so, within hours this was no more, although the tree still twinkles even as I write.

Saturday December 19, 2010 Christmas dinner They were obviously not prepared for me to take their pic, I was going, mainly, for the table. We had Pernil, said perni, which is a pork shoulder roast done Puerto Rican style, a simple over-night marinade, served with roasted carrots, baked sweet potatoes, fresh cranberry sauce, and, naturally, champagne. I broke out the good dinner & glass ware...whoot!!
