mission101 February Update

Total Completed_26
No new tasks completed for February
No new tasks failed for February

All things considered, I find it interesting that I am only now really starting to understand how I work best.
Case in point: For several tasks, I have 'do such and such for so many minutes per day or week or however long, each month.'
NO!!!! No,no,no...not how I work best. I work best when I have defined projects, if mission101 has taught me anything, it has taught me this.
So, there are, again, changes to be made confined to Creativity and Household.
Let's see how THIS works out.

Was: 1. Work on Art Projects 8 hours 1st monthly week -- this has been COMPLETELY unsuccessful.
Is: Decide on art-related project @ start of each new month & work on it until complete.

Was: 2. Work on Computer Art Projects (to include Photoshop, icons) 8 hours 2nd monthly week
Is: Create 1 computer/ photoshop project & one icon project per month. Post either to my journal OR contests comms.

Was:3. Work on Photography Projects
I'm deleting this because I have 2 photography project tasks on mission101 -- 100_snapshots  & 365 Project -- making this unnecessary. It was, though, actually this task that helped me realize that I work better with defined projects since this is the only Creative task I've actually completed successfully.

Was: 7. Work on Writing Projects
Is: Choose one personal story & complete

Was: 70. Do 30 mins per day 5X per week cleaning house
Is: Clean one area per week (house on 4 week rotation, does not include bathrooms)

Was: 71. Do 30 mins per day 5X per week working in yard
Is: Do one project per week alternating front to back yards

An arrow is slender and flies quick through the air with an intended target. It has a pointed edge that is very precise about what it hits. It is an aesthetically beautiful tool - much more so than a wrench. It is a subtle instrument, it has a history and a noble mythology. Its tail feather can be simple and plain or elaborate in terms of color, but it will never be frilly or too big because it has a job to do. It pierces and gets to the heart of things.
Should I go on? :)
