365 Photography Project_Twenty-Seventh Post

Sunday April 10, 2011 I took this view awhile ago, when the tree was bare, now it's not. I like how the light glows through the angel's face and hands. The glass horse is one of a pair that were meant for books but which my parents used to hold open interior doors.

Monday April 11, 2011 Grocery shopping_Since last week was spring break for Lauren, we went shopping on Monday instead of our normal Sunday just because we could. Her game is to fit as much of the groceries as she can in the trunk and considers it something of a failure if anything has to go inside with us.

Tuesday April 12, 2011 My Menagerie_these all live on top of our bedroom Armour, they're a mixture of holiday and antique mostly with one, the little brown-nosed dog, being my childhood companion and the red-eared dog being my mom's late-in-life companion. None belong to Lauren, hers all reside in her room.

Wednesday April 13, 2011 When in doubt, I take pictures of reflections. I've done this doorway before, I pass by it frequently, I always find it interesting.

Thursday April 14, 2011 Sunrise_Taken in the opposite direction than normally, this was prettier but by the time I grabbed the newspaper, ran back inside, got my camera, ran back outside and then figured out what setting to use, it had lost some of its original glory. Kind of nice, even so.

Friday April15, 2011 Store closing_Taken at the same little outdoor mall as the reflection shot above, this was a lovely quilt store with beautiful fabrics and books and such but, they've closed. You can just see me in the ceiling mirror. The cool Mondrian-esque painted doorway, seen through the window, is a children's art school.

Saturday April 16, 2011 After seeing our 'college financial' guy, we stopped at Le Boulanger for a snack. That's David in the distance getting more coffee.
